12 – 19 Months
A calm, attachment-focused room where every baby has a primary caregiver, responsive routines, and a sensory-rich environment built around their individual pace.

Learning That Follows the Child
At Bright Kids, we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Each of our three programs is built on a play-based, emergent learning model, one where children's curiosity drives the direction of each day. Our educators are trained to observe, listen, and respond to each child's cues, creating an environment where learning feels natural, joyful, and deeply personal.
Every program runs Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, across all three Bright Kids locations. All meals, breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack, are prepared fresh in our on-site kitchens and included in the daily fee.
Child-Led, Educator-Guided
Children take the lead. Educators provide structure, scaffolding, and intentional experiences that build on each child's natural curiosity.
Small Group Sizes
Low educator-to-child ratios across all programs ensure every child receives meaningful one-on-one attention every single day.

Licensed & Certified
All Bright Kids locations operate under Alberta's Child Care Licensing Act. Our educators hold Early Childhood Education certification and participate in ongoing professional development.

A program is only as strong as the people delivering it. Every Bright Kids educator holds an Early Childhood Education certification and goes through an extensive onboarding process before joining a classroom.
We prioritise educators who are warm, curious, and genuinely love children, and then we invest in them with ongoing professional development, small class sizes that make their job meaningful rather than overwhelming, and a culture where asking "why do we do it this way?" is always welcomed.
